This new restaurant concept stems from the talented mind of Chef Juan Pablo Silva, who brings his culinary expertise from The Ritz-Carlton. Chef Silva has helped open hotels across the world including The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, the Four Seasons in Doha, Qatar and the Four Seasons in Beirut, Lebanon.
